Office Clerk
Powell River Hospital Foundation This part-time position manages the office of the Powell River Hospital Foundation (PRHF) located in the Qathet General Hospital, and provides monthly meeting support to the PRHF Board of Directors. The Office Clerk is the public face of the office. Hours of work are generally 3 hours per week plus one evening a month, although extra time may be required from time to time. Who We Are A non-profit society founded in 1994, our purpose is to raise funds for equipment, education and research for the Qathet General Hospital. About the Role The Office Clerk performs specialized and clerical functions related to the creation and maintenance of confidential accurate donor records, provides information to the general public about the Foundation, reviews and responds to correspondence or refers to appropriate member of the Executive, receives and processes donations by cash, cheque or electronic transfer making bank deposits as required, liaises with Qathet Hospital administrative staff, takes and distributes Minutes of monthly Board of Directors’ meetings, following up as required on Action Items.
